URAC Accreditation Demonstrates Telehealth Quality Worldwide

When The New York Times determined criteria for ranking the top telehealth organizations, they included URAC accreditation as one of their key requirements. URAC has been accrediting telehealth organizations since 2016 and URAC’s accreditation addresses the worldwide requirement for excellence in digital health programs. A URAC accreditation is one that is earned through a comprehensive, independent review of an organization’s policies and procedures in areas such as patient safety, technology, and data security.

In this webinar, URAC’s President and CEO, Shawn Griffin, MD, discusses how accreditation provides an independent review of an organization’s digital health programs and services. He’ll be joined by Carolyn Palsky of GluCare (Dubai, UAE), who will share her experience with earning accreditation under URAC’s remote patient monitoring program. There will be plenty of time for questions from the audience.

The webinar will be introduced and moderated by Neja Samar Brenčič, Chair of the ISfTeH Working Group on Standards and Accreditation for Telehealth Services (SATS) on May 24, 2023 at 02:00 PM (CET).
