TIGER, the European initiative for shaping the eHealth innovation pathway in the Alpine region, launches its official website “Tigerpath.eu”.
The digital platform now serves as a central point of contact for SMEs and startups developing patient-centered healthcare solutions – with a particular focus on companies offering digital health technologies and products for elderly care.
The offering is part of the European TIGER project, which is co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg Alpine Space Programme .
Comprehensive services for healthcare innovation
The website Tigerpath.eu provides detailed information on TIGER services such as Market Entry Accelerator , Expert Assessment , and Product Validation . With these specialized services, currently in the pilot phase, TIGER supports innovative healthcare solutions specifically tailored to the unique challenges of the Alpine region.
Individual Support for Companies
Eligible companies can find out how to apply for TIGER’s expert services on Tigerpath.eu . The streamlined process includes learning about the available services, submitting an application, an initial review by national TIGER experts, participation in expert consultations, and finally, tailored support. This ensures that innovative SMEs and start-ups receive precisely the support they need for their growth.
Promoting Cross-Border Cooperation
TIGER’s service portfolio addresses key challenges faced by eHealth innovators in the field of elderly care. The initiative establishes sustainable, cross-border cooperation throughout the Alpine region and creates valuable networks that help promising solutions reach their target groups even more effectively
Interested companies can now visit Tigerpath.eu to learn more about the comprehensive range of services offered during the pilot phase. Some of the services will be selected for the first open call, which starts in mid-September.
TIGER is being implemented jointly by organizations from Austria, Germany, France, Slovenia, and Italy. IZRIIS institute is part of the association.

Interreg is a series of programs to promote cohesion between regions within and outside the European Union.
